This Privacy Policy describes how FRIX Hardware ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Frix mobile app and our website frixhardware.com.

Information we collect

- Contact and order details: name, phone number, email address, and delivery address, which you provide when placing an order or creating an account. We use these to process and deliver your orders and to contact you about them.
- Location (optional): with your permission, the app uses your device's location once, at checkout, to auto-fill your delivery address. You can decline the permission and enter your address manually. We do not track your location in the background.
- Photos (optional): with your permission, you can attach a photo of your locality at checkout to help our delivery team find you. We only access photos you explicitly select.
- Device information: a push notification token, so we can send you order status updates.

How we use your information

We use your information solely to operate the store: processing orders, arranging delivery, sending order notifications, and providing customer support. If you place an order via WhatsApp checkout, your order details (name, address, and items) are sent to our store's WhatsApp number to process the order.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Data is shared only with service providers needed to run the app — our database and hosting provider (Supabase) and push notification service (Expo) — and with WhatsApp when you choose to order through it.

Data retention and deletion

We keep order records as long as needed for business and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by contacting us using the details below.

Children

Our app is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time; the latest version will always be available at this page.
