  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase (receipt/order number).

  • Certain products (e.g., safety gear, consumables, or customized items) are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

 


 

2. Damaged or Defective Items

 

 

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange inspection and, if confirmed, provide a replacement or store credit.

 


 

3. Refunds

 

 

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.

  • Delivery/shipping fees are non-refundable.

 


 

4. Exchange Policy

 

 

  • Exchanges may be allowed within 15 days if the product is in resalable condition and stock availability permits.
