Delete Your FRIX Hardware Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your account and personal data for the Frix mobile app by FRIX Hardware.

How to request deletion

Send us a message with the email address or phone number you used in the app, requesting account deletion, via either:

- Email: frixhardware5152@gmail.com (subject: "Delete my account")
- WhatsApp: +965 6991 5352

What gets deleted

Within 30 days of your request, we permanently delete your account, including your name, email address, phone number, saved delivery addresses, favorites, and any photos you attached to orders.

What we keep

Records of completed orders (order number, items, and delivery details) may be retained for up to 5 years where required for accounting, tax, and legal purposes. These are no longer linked to an active account.

You can also request deletion of specific data (for example, a saved address) without deleting your whole account, using the same contact details.
